Background
Since 1995, Teknopress has had a continued growth and is now the best choice as a complete supplier of thermoset products to the industry.
We work with both large and small customers in industries such as: electrical applications (high and low voltage), trucks, buses, trains, signaling systems for trains, cars, other vehicles, the defense and welding industry, lamp housings, pump housings, kitchen equipment, medicine, water and air purification, etc.
Machine park
Our modern machine park consists of 17 injection molding machines (KraussMaffei & Bucher) with 80-575 tons clamping force and 18 compression molding presses (Bucher and Fjellman) with 100-1,400 tons of clamping force. Most machines are equipped with production cells with six-axis ABB robots. We also have 3 complete mold holders for resin transfer molding technology (RTM).
In addition, there are all the necessary surrounding
post-processing equipment such as plastic shot blasters (Hunziker), cutting and drilling machines, CMS, gluing, assembly, measuring and control equipment, etc.

- Correct price, i.e. the price that in negotiation corresponds to the company’s business strategy and the customer’s product benefit.
What we do
We work with all thermosets such as BMC, SMC, GMT, Phenol, Melamine, Epoxy and Carbon fiber SMC. The material is selected or developed depending on the customer’s specifications regarding e.g. surface, color, as well as mechanical and electrical, fire class and other properties.
We manufacture details with weights between 1 gram and 50 Kg where we also offer all types of necessary assembly to be able to deliver the finished product to the customer.
The production process is structured to be able to meet the highest customer requirements in terms of efficient and flexible production in both very long and very short series with high and consistent quality.
Teknopress has broad experience in development projects and cooperation with our customers to find solutions for even the most complex projects. We have unique expertise in materials and production solutions. Tools are developed in close collaboration with tool makers.
